It was exactly the advice I needed, the words I had to hear.
I've just become discouraged. I feel exasperated with myself. But if this is the way to go, I'll go, and trusting in the Lord all the time.

It talks about the tyranny of self. And I realise that I want that freedom to be free from that tyranny, so that I will be free to follow God's will for my life. My own agenda is just so stupid and self-centred I am exasperating myself over it.

Maybe God is speaking to my heart.
[Because just when I was reading this article, my heart was suddenly washed over by this strange, mysterious feeling of i-don't-know-how-to-describe-it. But I felt better. As in, all those stormy thoughts in my brain suddenly cleared, leaving a blank space.]
